I know for me, it’s because my cycle is so erratic. I’ve only been TTC for 6 months. I say only because I was on the pill for 10 yrs prior to TTC and got off the pill just 1 year ago, so I’m being realistic. I got on the pill to regulate my cycle, which it did, but now I’m all over the place. So again I’m being realistic. For the past 2 months, I’ve been using an ovulation predictor kit called Ovu-trac (www.ovu-trac.com), that helps me predict my fertility with my own saliva samples. This makes the kit individual to me, which is helpful. I’m keeping positive, hoping this will work.

Realize the signs of the male impotence. Some of its signals are the lack of ability to reach an erection or ability to continue to be sexually aroused all through your sex period. If you notice that this occurs every time, it may imply that you have male impotence.

To achieve the target, your sperm need to move. Riding the semen wave will solely take the sperm thus far. To achieve the egg, sperm have to move on their own – wriggling and swimming the last few inches to succeed in and penetrate the egg. Sperm movement (motility) is a important characteristic of healthy sperm. You’re possibly to be fertile if at least 0.five of your sperm are moving.
