I'm alvin, married for 2 years. My wife is 32 yrs old. She has already a child in her past relationship but we don't have a child yet, that's why I'm writing this letter. She underwent already an ultrasound, urinalysis, etc. and everything is normal. In my part, I had already an ultrasound for the kidneys and urinary bladder. I underwent semen analysis for two times. The first result is low sperm count however, the second analysis is normal which conducted in a different clinic. I'm tracking the ovulation of my wife through body basal temp. and she is ovulating, sometimes in the 11th day, 15th or 16th day after menstruation. We want a baby. May I know what's the cause of our problem?

We are best off repeating the semen analysis ourselves so we may personally evaluate it.

Hi, I have a consultation with your office in a few weeks. It is my fiance that has a low sperm count, he found out in his previous marriage, they were able to conceive naturally but, we are having some trouble. When we come for the consultation, will you do the semen analysis for him or should he have this done first at a urologist?
